For almost 15 years Tomasz gained experience as patent and trade mark attorney working for big Polish law firms. His practice area mostly focus on trademarks (infringement and prosecution), but also patents and designs.
Tomasz published a various articles in the Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Practice published by Oxford University Press. He is a country correspondent for the Computer and Telecommunications Law Review published by Sweet and Maxwell.
Tomasz is author of a Polish chapter in the International Free and Open Source Software Law Book published by Open Source Press GmbH.
