Nataša was one of the first employees at the Montenegrin IPO when it opened in 2007. Initially as the personal secretary of the head of the Montenegrin IPO, she handled various administrative tasks, found to be valuable for her future path. She was there even before the IPO started working officially and was one of the four people who set the pillars of this office administration and general functioning. As the Montenegrin IPO was a pioneer in IP, working there was a unique challenge and an educational process for everyone.
From this position Nataša moved to another administrative position at IPO’s admission office where she gained significant experience in the administration of intellectual property rights and prosecution, as well as docketing procedures and database handling efficiency. She had everyday direct communication with the IP representatives and other parties.
All this experience has been preparing Natasa for her next work engagement at Zivko Mijatovic and Partners, Montenegrin branch office as trademark and patent paralegal. Today, as a Senior Paralegal Natasa takes care of the trademark and patent prosecution, maintenance as well as the administrative support in the customs related procedures in cases of trademark infringement.
