She joined Zivko Mijatovic & Partners (ZMP) Serbia in 2007. The following year, upon the establishment of our newly formed ZMP department in Montenegro, she relocated to Podgorica. Marija played a pivotal role as one of the inaugural intellectual property representatives in Montenegro, spearheading advancements in the field and raising awareness about the necessity and significance of safeguarding intellectual property rights.
Currently, Marija oversees the entire ZMP Montenegrin department and successfully deals with the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights in Montenegro before the Intellectual Property Office, the Commercial Court, as well as through cooperation with the Montenegrin Customs and Market Inspection.
