Before joining ZMP, Karol was working at the Slovak patent and trademark office Majlingová, Fajnorová and Bachratá.
As a practicing trademark attorney, he has been focusing on prosecution, enforcement and litigation of Trademarks and Designs as well as other Intellectual Property rights (especially Patents) in the Slovak Republic. He acquired extensive experience in providing comprehensive IP services for the clients with respect to trade marks, designs, copyrights, domains, trade names and know-how while managing and maintaining clients´ IP portfolio.
His assistance to the clients relates to IP protection, monitoring, litigation, infringement, counterfeiting measures, maintenance of IP portfolio, unfair competition and day-to-day- IP advisory.
