Jelena became a member of Zivko Mijatovic & Partners (ZMP) Serbia in 2019.
Her focus is on brand protection matters, including various enforcement procedures before relevant authorities. Jelena also handles legal actions against counterfeits, pirated goods, and other intellectual property infringements. She oversees seizures of counterfeit goods in Serbia, Bosnia, Kosovo*, North Macedonia, and Albania.
In addition to the above, Jelena assists legal executives and lawyers with general administrative duties.
