Dusan is focused on IP matters, primarily representing international and local clients before the courts, the intellectual property office, customs and market inspection authorities in Serbia.
In addition to representation in proceedings before authorities, he has experience in pre-litigation negotiations, preparing cease-and-desist letters and other settlement agreements in order to resolve disputes in the interest of the client as soon as possible with the engagement of a minimum of the client’s resources.
Due to knowledge of the Albanian language, he also assists on a daily basis in the procedures before the authorities in Kosovo* and Republic of Albania.
Currently, Dusan advises several well-known multinational companies from the pharmaceutical, fashion and food and beverage industries on their IP inquiries.
