Dina joined ZMP IP in 2023 as Croatian qualified lawyer and trademark attorney. She graduated from the University of Zagreb, Faculty of Law and passed the trademark attorney exam before the Croatian Intellectual Property Office. Her interest in music, art and new technologies led her to specialize in copyright, trademark, design, trade secrets and ICT law.
Over the years, she has been involved in a large number of significant litigation and dispute resolution matters for domestic and international clients. She has extensive experience of drafting and negotiating cloud computing agreements, software development and maintenance agreements and other IT agreements, trademark, patent and trade secrets licensing and copyright licensing in audio visual works, music, media and entertainment sectors.
Before joining ZMP IP, she worked at a top-tier Croatian law firm and International IT company. Due to her earlier experience, she can assist clients across various sectors and different matters (corporate, company, contract, employment and banking law) that can be connected with intellectual property law.
She has full professional proficiency in English. She is a member of the Croatian Bar Association and Croatian Chamber of representatives in the area of intellectual property.
Dina has created strong relationships with clients based on her ability to think one step ahead at all times and to find creative approaches to complex problems. She enjoys working in the team with people who are passionate in assisting clients and in protecting and enhancing their intellectual property rights.
