Andrei has been with the ZMP Romanian since 2019.
With a background of 15 years in Intellectual Property, Andrei’s expertise ranges from preparing, devising, and ensuring legal representation in litigation before the Romanian Courts and bodies of law, to trademark enforcement and the relationship with the Romanian institutions (including, among others, the Romanian Customs authorities and the Police inspectorates). He is also responsible for carrying out several procedural matters before the Romanian PTO related to the establishment and/or upholding of IP rights, namely drafting and filing oppositions and challenges, as well as attending to and counseling clients throughout the trademark registration procedure.
