World Intellectual Property Review’s annual directory recognizes leading lawyers across patent, trademark, and copyright practices from jurisdictions around the world. All leaders were chosen after a four month nomination process, in which WIPR sought views from 12,000 IP professionals.

For the past 20 years, Djura Mijatovic has been specializing protection and enforcement of trademarks in the Eastern and Central Europe regions, as well as in the EU. He oversees the work of the entire network of the ZMP offices located throughout Europe.
Vladimir Marenovic has over 15 years’ experience in advising international and domestic clients on all matters relating to IP portfolios, copyright, trademarks, designs, domains, unfair competition, and IP litigation. He oversees enforcement matters in all the countries of the region, providing expert advice and legal assistance in counterfeiting and other matters.
