ECTA 41st ANNUAL CONFERENCE took place from 28 June to 1 July 2023 in Prague, Czech Republic, under the title “Exploring IP Magic”.
Every year IP lawyers and brand professionals from around the world gather to exchange experience and fund out more about current IP trends and developments which are constantly changing, and this year the meeting point was in the City of Magic, Prague.
Exceptional speakers managed to enlighten participants on IP issues in the online world, EU design reform and anti-counterfeiting, bad faith, brands and sports, non-agri GIs, works of applied arts and geographical names in trademarks. The conference was concluded with the ever-popular EU case law update.
Our Senior Trademark & Patent Attorney Ivana Knezevic, from the ZMP Croatian department, participated in this well organized and fruitful event.
