ZMP is pleased to offer the clients the possibility to have their EUTM or/and RCD rights or/and the national IPR registered in the Enforcement Database (EDB) to protect the products against counterfeits.
An EDB account with ZMP will provide the possibility of a communication channel between right holders and the enforcers in the EU (Police and customs officials) to help them detect counterfeits, report suspicious cases and send alerts.
