ZMP successfully obtained a judgment that puts an end to a parallel importation case.
The case was initiated by a customs seizure, where the customs detained several hundred jackets. The importer objected to the detention and the brand holder filed a lawsuit. Now, after ten months of litigation, the judgment has been passed and the goods are going to be destroyed as the trademark holder did not authorize the importation.
