At the Faculty of Criminalistics, Criminology and Security Studies at the University of Sarajevo, the promotion of the Intellectual Property Law Handbook was held. This event was organized in collaboration with the Center for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Center for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of the Republica Srpska, with support from the United States Embassy in Sarajevo and the United States Department of Commerce.
Our colleague, Emira Trgo Vrabac, attended the promotion as a representative of our office and actively participated in the discussion. The promotion covered interesting topics on intellectual property issues in Bosnia and Herzegovina, with Judge David O. Carter standing out by presenting examples from judicial practice that highlighted intellectual property rights violations.
To wrap up the event, Judge Carter asked our colleague Emira and attorney Drago Micunovic to step into the roles of judges, each tasked with resolving a trademark infringement case and presenting their verdicts.
